 I am SO EXCITED to share this incredible news with you!

My name is Kathy Rogers and I’ve been there. I started out as an active but overweight child. I was extremely self-conscious about my weight growing up—especially with my lean athletic peers. I’m so lucky to say that I’ve always enjoyed physical activity and sports, but I certainly haven’t always been confident about my fitness level or physique. At age 20 I started resistance training and was finally able to shed the extra weight and began to reach my physical potential. I decided then that helping people through that journey was what I wanted to do with my life.

Today, I’m a dedicated fitness professional and it’s my mission in life to educate and motivate ordinary people like you and me to achieve extraordinary health and fitness results…

 And, if it’s all right with you, I’d also like to help you sculpt a strong and sexy physique and offer you physical challenges, special events, and outdoor adventures to keep you motivated and confident to try new things.
