This year we're partnering with Remy Maguire of RemyFitness to bring to you a comprehensive group training program designed to help make your first (or second or third) triathlon a success. Remy is an international caliber triathlete and coach and together we have over a decade of triathlon coaching experience. If you've always wanted to do a triathlon or if you've done one in the past and want to improve your conditioning and skills, this is the group for you. We'll be training for the WHY Racing Event's PDX TRI and Multi-Sport Festival on July 29th, 2018. You can also train with us for a different event around the same time. We'll be offering the full group training program as well as drop-in training and training plan only options as well.
12 Week training plan with a TrainingPeaks account included. The training plan accommodates brand new triathletes as well as more experienced novice racers looking for guidance. Kick-off meeting at Steelhead Coaching (2635 NE Broadway) on Sunday, May 6th to go over how to use TrainingPeaks, review the training plan and answer any questions
Wednesday evening and Saturday morning coached group workouts-- 10 total group training sessions which include conditioning, brick and transition training
